Sample of Day’s Life Schedule

 Does not include when you go to work or time at work
              



You will begin to adjust this for your lifestyle as we go along.  This is just an idea not in blood.
                              

      
Wake up and drink 2 8oz glasses of water (put a slice of lemon if you can)
              
              
Spend time with the Lord

      
Breakfast
  

Exercise like go for a 15 min walk do not kill yourself with pace please we are just getting together with our new lives.  While walking thank our Lord for a few things that come to mind. Do not think of bad things at all.


Drink a glass of water
  

Lunch

  
Drink a glass of water

  
Try to get a little time of fresh air and sunshine Just a few minutes This would be a nice time for another 15 min walk.


Dinner

  
Drink a glass of water before bed and start winding down


Bedtime go to sleep talking to our Lord
