FALL RECIPES

MY FAVORITE OATMEAL

1 1/4 c water

1/3 c oats or 7 grain cereal
 2T oat bran
1T wheat germ
1T flax meal

Options: 2T raisins, 1 apple peeled and cut, 2 dates cut up, or fruit of your choice

Put first 3 ingreds. in pot along with fruit if you desire and cook for about 5 mins.  When cooked add wheat germ and flax meal.  If you desire you can add a sweetner to this or even a little cinnamon.  If possible do not add butter the flax meal is all you should need.

One of my favorite breakfasts.  Hope you enjoy as much as me.
